We had a family of 6 and everyone had a bed with room to spare. The street and neighborhood was quiet. Instructions were simple and clear. Ian was quick to respond and very friendly. We will keep this place on our go-to list for Dayton!
Ian's home was perfect for my group! There was plenty of space for all of us to stay here comfortably, and the bedrooms were far enough apart. The living room couch was big enough for our larger group, which was great. I would highly recommend staying at Ian's place!
